Tip of the Week

1. Kung-fu style.

Do them on your fists. Sure, it hurts a little at first, but it takes the pressure off the wrists. It`s okay to put a little padding down first.

2. Buy more toys!

You`ll find push-up bars at your local sporting goods store for under $20. They`re a pair of u-shaped handles you place on the ground and push-up from, as to take the pressure off those wrists.
