Tip of the Week

Lie flat on the floor, on your stomach. Stick your hands straight out, like Superman (or, in some cases, Wonderwoman) and arc your back, trying to lift everything off the floor except your pelvis. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat ten times. If you feel you can, do a second or third set, but a good back arc is more important than the amount you do.
