Tip of the Week
As the new Exercise Guru at Lifetips.com, I have noticed that there are some tips that are very old as well as some that are shorter than 2 sentences. That's lame, and I am going to delete them. Don't worry though, I will keep a record of the ones I delete to expand upon them significantly so that more tip-age can be gained from them. I figure people come here for exercise tips, so why not make them worthwhile and beneficial?
Oh, and I will do my best to post at least 5 new tips/week. Hope you like 'em!
