Tip of the Week
You can't really spot reduce. When you lose weight, the fat comes off in a manner that is genetically determined. Nevertheless, if you are interested in taking some fat off your hips and abdomen, it seems that aerobic/cardio exercise is especially good for that. You also will probably need to reduce the number of calories you eat. Try to cut back about 300 calories a day and run or walk and average of two miles a day. If you prefer other cardio exercise like aerobics, biking, or skating, that's fine, too.
