Tip of the Week

1. Put your knees down.

I know, I know, "girl push-ups." Well, whatever. They still work. If you start traditionally, when you can`t go any further, drop to your knees and you`ll be able to crank a few more out.

2. Work your way down.

Start by doing them standing up, against a wall. When that`s easy, do them against a counter. After that, move on to putting your hands on the seat of a chair. When you`ve mastered this, it`s time to hit the floor and do the real deal.

Of course, when you`ve mastered that, you might want to think about doing them with your hands on the ground and your feet on that chair seat...
