Tip of the Week
-------------------
There was never any real evidence that stretching before exercise would prevent injury. It just seemed it should. This doesn`t mean you shouldn`t stretch. It`s still important to maintain or improve range of motion, for both sports and everyday activities. Do your serious stretching after your workout, when you`re warmed up. And do some light stretching throughout the day. It still feels good.
