No Fat Burning ZoneRead this tip to make your life smarter, better, faster and wiser. LifeTips is the place to go when you need to know about Aerobic exercise and other Exercise topics. No Fat Burning ZoneAlthough you burn a higher percentage of fat calories at slow and moderate aerobic intensities, you burn more total calories, and more total fat calories, when you exercise at higher intensities. You may choose to work out longer and/or slower for various reasons, but never slow down just because you think that's necessary to be in a "fat burning zone." It really is that you eat too much and do not exercise enough. My advice would be to look into personal training to get more help achieving your goals. |
