What's funny is that my Tai Chi professor always told us that cats, immediately before pouncing, were purely relaxed. This is one of the quasi principles of tai chi as a martial art. You practice slow to be able to relax and perfect the motions, and then when somebody tried to do anything, you pounce. I tried it on my karate dork brother in law and scared him $hitless. It really works. |
