I don't like to blog but I do enjoy writing/typing. Sadly I don't even type properly (i use my thumbs, index and middle fingers...that's it). Nonetheless I want to share about me, since I believe that's what blogging is, and tips that I utilize in my own workouts.
Therefore, starting Monday November 24th I will write a weekly Blog about workout tips that I personally use and how they are affecting me and my exercise regimen. I will explain why I do them and what they are doing for my body as I exercise utilizing them, including proper posture and all that goodness. Hopefully this will aid some of you who want help with mode and difficulty with exercises.
