How long should I keep doing the same routine?

Time for Results

Give an exercise routine 8-12 weeks to work for you. You will not have the physique of your dreams or reach your ultimate fitness goal in that time, but if you're not seeing positive results and improvement with your routine, it's time to try a different exercise plan.

This is so true. Everyone wants you to think that results happen over night and if they don't you are doing something wrong. When in fact a healthy workout takes longer because it is building endurance in your body.
