Working out too much can keep you from getting best results. Do not work the same muscles two days in a row, and try to keep your workouts no longer than 45-60 minutes. Do work hard, though. It`s quality, not quantity that counts. Recovery time is as important as workout time. You don`t grow in strength or muscle definition while you`re working out, but rather while you`re recovering.
